Our Story

Ines Wine Bar is nestled in the Windsor end of Chapel Street. Enter through the heritage doors and into our European hideaway. Ines is inspired by the owner’s 96-year-old grandmother, Ines, who resides in Northern Italy. With a focus on high-quality seasonal ingredients, Ines pays homage to Northern Italy through the kitchen menu, the wine list and the style of service, which is warm and welcoming.
